Participants will lie down comfortably as in a typical sound bath, however we will be utilizing the sound we were given &#8211; our own voices.  Learning to feel the resonance of our own voice sound out throughout our body is extremely powerful.  I guide participants within to themselves, rather than journeying outwards.
